A perfect little house; a window, a door and a cup of tea… what more could anyone want…? But this little old lady thinks her house is too small! On advice from her Neighbours, books from the Library, the Internet and the Postie she brings an assortment of weird and wonderful animals into her house. As the animals in the house get larger and stranger, her house becomes full of noise and chaos. What should she do? Call the Helpline!

One by one she sends the animals on their way and now her house is just right and finally she can sit down and have a cup of tea with her neighbours.
